Run, Rewild, Reinvigorate & Relax

Running & Wellness Day Retreat- Tuesday 24 June 2025

Our Day Retreats are all about the Four Rs: Run, Rewild, Reinvigorate & Relax

  • We’ll begin with a guided trail run from the farm to experience the hidden delights of the Cowal Peninsula. The routes vary, but think muddy, wet and wild! There’ll be views of lochans or beaches, with plenty of woodlands, while we listen for birds and watch for other wildlife. You need to be able to run up to 5km on uneven terrain. If people would like to run further, there is an option to extend the run to c.12km. We’ll take it easy and can accommodate different finesses
  • Return to the farm for some light stretching and a go at barefoot running techniques and practices
  • Bask in the hot sauna & icy waterfall plunge to refresh and reinvigorate your senses overlooking temperate rainforest
  • Chill together with a wholesome, organic, homemade lunch
  • Running South America- world first expedition- talk
  • Rewilding farm walk with time to lie down and listen to the sounds of birds
  • Finish the day with some magical relaxing restorative yoga

Meet at the farm at 9am and we’ll finish at around 4.30-5pm, after more tea/coffee & snacks
