- Self-catering bookings (for the farm house & ecolodge) cancelled 16 weeks before arrival date will be refunded, with a £100 cancellation charge applied.
- For bookings cancelled less than 16 weeks before the arrival date, every effort will be made to re-let the property by the owners. If it is relet, the total payment made will be refunded to you, minus a £100 cancellation charge. If the property is not re-let, you are liable for the total cost of the stay.
- We strongly recommend your taking out holiday insurance to cover you if you cannot take the holiday for any reason.
